Lyndsey has a professional background as a Registered Nurse and a strong passion for physical fitness. Her goal of combining these two areas of expertise, plus her health coaching experience, led her to create FitNurse Coaching. Her purpose is to help others discover what wellness means to them. In Lyndsey’s own journey, wellness includes a balance of physical and emotional health. Physical fitness is just one avenue to support a healthy, balanced lifestyle; but it also includes quality nutrition, a good support system, and consistent self-care practices. In fact, her mantra is “Putting self-care back into health-care”.
