Our personal training programs cover a wide range of needs. From fat loss to muscle gain, our personal trainers are prepared to help you achieve your goals. While every body is different and will require a consultation to assess individual fitness needs, our personal training services boil down to a few broad categories. They are:

Weight Loss

Weight loss is the most common goal among those seeking professional fitness services. Generally, these services focus on creating long term, sustainable programs with an associated nutrition program. The goal is not to simply help people lose weight in the short term, but to develop lifestyle changes that will keep the weight off over the long term.

Senior Fitness

As we age, our bodies begin to function differently than they did before. Joints become stiff, joints develop arthritis, and general fitness declines over time. This puts seniors (age 65+) at increase risk of falls and other injuries related to muscle weakness and poor balance. Our balance, flexibility, and strength programs help to restore these attributes in our clients. We develop comprehensive training plans with a focus on improvement and sustainability, as well as injury prevention.

Youth Athletics

Athletes focused on improving at a specific sport, or developing overall improved performance can look to our team of trainers to help them get there. We develop specialized training programs for young athletes of all disciplines to give them the competitive edge in their fitness.

Bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is the ultimate fitness endeavor. It is a specialized discipline that takes countless hours to learn and to achieve mastery. Our trainers are equipped to instill the sport’s know-how in clients intent on (some day) competing.

Group Training

Fitness can be a lonely enterprise. Worry not, social butterflies, you have the option to train with a friend! Our small group training is designed for up to three people, and can be a fun, challenging experience. Group training is split into two general types of fitness services. They are:

Small group training

Train with one or two friends and learn routines you can do together to improve your fitness. Small group fitness training is styled after one-on-one training with a few modifications to keep all participants moving throughout.

Circuit training

Circuit training is for up to six participants, and involves creating stations around the gym where each participant performs an exercise for a certain duration, then must move to the next exercise in a continuous loop. This type of fitness training service helps to keep you moving, increase strength, and improve overall fitness.

Spin Classes Benefits and DangersFitness Classes 

Fitness classes are a great way to participate in a group fitness session without as much hands-on involvement from a trainer. We offer the usual assortment of fitness classes. They are:

Boot Camps

Boot camps offer a wide variety of activities designed to get you moving. From kettle bells to functional training equipment, these hour long sessions are sure to get you to maximize your time.

Spin Classes

Spin classes are challenging and rewarding. Cycling is a phenomenal way to burn more calories and build your endurance.

Yoga

Although we do not yet offer dedicated yoga classes, they are on their way. We’re looking for the right instructor to get us going.

Pilates

Although we do not yet offer dedicated pilates classes, they are on their way. We’re looking for the right instructor to get us going.

Nutrition Plans

While exercise is important, you can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Our personal trainers will coach you on nutrition and design nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals.

Weight loss

Dieting for weight loss is actually quite simple. Where most people go wrong is in the quantity of food they eat. Our weight loss programs will help you slim down and develop a long term diet to keep the weight off. Don’t worry, you don’t have to give up all the foods you love, but there is a right way and a wrong way to eat for weight loss.

Weight Gain

If building muscle is your goal, your nutrition needs are going to be very different from someone who wants to trim up for summer. Our personal trainers can develop a comprehensive eating plan in addition to your training to help you pack on lean muscle mass.

Specialty Diets

Our personal trainers are a diverse bunch. Each has their own style of training and philosophy on fitness. If you want to try a specialty diet (paleo, atkins, etc.), our trainers can help you navigate the benefits and perils of the diet. There’s nothing like a little bit of expert guidance when you try something new.
